Every member of our staff has been selected and trained to be responsive of your needs. Built in 2004, The Lodge of Colonial is both a Retirement and Assisted Living community. You don't just get a room, you get a complete apartment complete with a bathroom, small kitchen, living room, and bedroom. There are no non-refundable deposit and no long-term leases.
